AGREEMENT
The minimum opening order for new wholesale accounts is $400 Minimum reorder is $250 All wholesale candles are custom made upon order. The hand-pouring process requires a 2-3 week turn-around time. Please consider this and place orders in advance especially during our busy fall and winter months. For questions about your order, please email orders@brownstonecandle.com. Candle colors are approximate and subject to change without notice. Any damages that occur during shipping must be reported to UPS within 3 business days. Candles may not be returned without prior approval and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Private label orders are non-refundable. Shipping charges to residential homes frequently incur UPS fuel surcharges. This fee will be the responsibility of the wholesale customer and in addition to regular UPS shipping charges. Customer acknowledges all policies when agreeing to our terms of sale.
