AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT

By completing this application, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below.

You must be 18 years of age or older.
You must be human. This is determined by reCAPTCHA
You must provide your legal first and last names, a valid email address, and any other required information in order to complete the application process.
Your login must only be used by one person.
W.R. Rayson is not responsible for keeping track of your login information.
You may not use the program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
We will need your SSN or TAX-ID to proceed with payment.
We must have a business or personal mailing address.
A check will be mailed out on the first Thursday of each month for the previous month’s commission.
We will only pay commissions on links that are automatically tracked and reported by our systems. We will not pay commissions if someone says they purchased, or someone says they entered a referral code if it was not tracked by our system. We ONLY pay commissions on sales generated through properly formatted special links that were automatically tracked by our systems.
The term of this agreement will begin upon your acceptance into the affiliate program and will end when terminated by either party. W.R. Rayson or you may terminate this agreement at any time by providing the other party with a written notice.
