This Cabernet Franc is deep garnet in color with tenacious legs, The nose is treated to figs, dates and dark fruits. The palate reveals dried dates, figs and dark cherry .Traditional dry leaf precedes a dried fig finish. Soft tannins abound throughout. Pair with Blue cheese on a blackened New York Strip.
