After cleansing, spray toner onto a cotton ball or pad and swipe over the face. Follow with a Lily Moisturizer. Can be used as an astringent for acne (apply with cotton ball to affected area 3 to 5 times a day), with soap in the shower, in a sauna or steam room (splash all over body to nourish your skin-pores while the pores are moist open and more receptive), in your bath water or as a splash anytime for a "pick-me-up."
